It's here! Tonight is the annual Princess Prettys Open House. This year, I am joining 3 other ladies to make the event more enjoyable for everyone. Tastefully Simple, Pampered Chef and Creative Memories will be on hand to take orders. This is the time to buy Christmas gifts and things for holiday entertaining. Holiday Open House

Ready or not, Christmas is coming and will be here before we know it. Next Friday is the time to get those holiday outfit bows, stocking stuffers and gifts that will make any princess happy. This year, I am having the Princess Prettys open house with 3 other great companies to make it even more enjoyable for my customers.

Christmas Through Lowell

This coming weekend is Lowell, MI's annual "Christmas Through Lowell." This is a unique way to spend time with friends and get Christmas shopping done as well. Forty homes and businesses in Lowell will open Friday through Sunday for over 200 vendors to display their wares.

Tote Bags are Restocked

Tote bags are now back in stock! These shocking pink and white polka dot tote bags are sure to be a hit with your princess! The bag measures 13"(L) x 13.5"(H) x 5.5"(W) and is monogrammed with a lime green capital letter in a Curlz font. The bag is lined with a small polka dot print fabric and has two pockets for a cell phone or other small items. The back side of the tote bag has a zippered pocket as well.

Septemberfest in Hudsonville, MI this Saturday!

Princess Prettys will be at this Saturday's Septemberfest in Hudsonville, MI!

The event will have over 100 different craft booths and is being held at the Hudsonville Community Fairgrounds, located at 5235 Park St. Come shop from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Princess Prettys will be in Building 5, Booth 136. Hope to see you there!

NEW Sequined Flowers

Princess Prettys has just listed these new sequin-centered flowers on the website, www.princessprettys.com. These gorgeous flowers clips are very popular right now, for girls and even adults. They are pretty for everyday wear, but really add a dramatic touch to special occasion hairstyles. They are available in 6 beautiful colors: pale pink, pale yellow, sapphire blue, shocking pink, lavender, and black. They are attached to an alligator clip.

Cedar Springs Red Flannel Festival

Princess Prettys will be at the Cedar Springs Red Flannel Festival on Sat, Oct. 3rd, 2009. This is a great festival for the city of Cedar Springs, MI with lots of activities for kids and adults. Some of the festivities for the week include:

The Arts and Crafts Show is set for 9:00 a.m. to 3 p.m. There will be nearly 100 vendors and the admission is $1.

Alto Harvest Festival

Come on down to the Alto Harvest Festival on Saturday, September 19th. The arts and crafts show will be held on the streets of Downtown Alto. We will have lots of tutus, hats, hair bows and more! Orange and Black tutus are in stock for Halloween too.

Alto is located just off I-96 at exit 52. After exiting I-96, go South on M-50, following it to 60th Street. Turn West on 60th Street. When you come to the stop sign, turn left on Bancroft. The next street you come upon on the right hand side is Depot Street. Go down this road until you come upon the festivities.

Made to Match Gymboree - "New York Girl"

When I redeemed my Gymbucks last month, I picked up some cute Fall pieces from their newish line "New York Girl." I love having Lia's birthday at the end of August, so I can buy Back to School clothes as Birthday gifts! (I am sure she'll figure out that in a few years, but until then, it is a real money saver LOL) I don't know why, but I love the preppiness of argyle, so I really liked some of the pieces in this collection.

New Made to Match Gymboree - "Popstar Academy"

Have you bought any pieces from Gymboree's newest clothing line for girls, "Popstar Academy?" I have not yet, but that hasn't stopped me from making bows to match! I just ordered some CUTE ribbon that will coordinate well: light pink ribbon with guitars all over it! I am excited to get it and start creating, so I thought I would give you all a sneek peek as well. Below are the ribbon colors that match this line. I will start posting photos of matching bows soon. Ross Park Craft Show August 15th, 2009

Princess Prettys will be at the Aug. 15th Ross Park Craft Show in Norton Shores, MI. This is the first time attending the show, but have heard great things about it from a number of customers as well as vendors.

I'll be reporting booth assignments as I find out more, as we are getting into the show at the last minute. If you need something to do next weekend, come on out! Ross Park is located on the corner of Randall Road and Wellesley in Norton Shores, MI. The show is from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Sat. the 15th of August. Post Comments if you have any questions.

Princess Prettys at South Haven Blueberry Festival

Princess Prettys has managed to get into the South Haven Blueberry Festival at the last minute. This festival takes place this Saturday, August 8th at the Stanley Johnston Park in South Haven, MI. I am working overtime to get as many items made as possible, so I will have lots of stuff for Back to School. Hope to see you there!

Grand Haven Coast Guard Festival

Princess Prettys will be at the Grand Haven Coast Guard Festival this Friday and Saturday, July 31st-Aug. 1st. We do not have a booth number assignment yet, but have been told that we will be in the park's inner circle. If you are out for the Festival, take a stroll and come check us out!

The 2009 Coast Guard Craft Fair will be held Friday, July 31st from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. and Saturday, August 1st from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. at Central Park located in downtown Grand Haven.

There are 165 exhibitors, eight food vendors and around 50,000 attendees. Only original, handcrafted items are accepted in the show, a standard that has upheld the show’s quality for the past 47 years. This is one of the most popular craft fairs in Michigan held during one of the state’s biggest festivals.
